I have to stand and talk in front of the entire Visual Arts Senior class, teachers and a guest artist. And I have to present three of my artworks that best defines me as an artist.

I know I am, actually I had the most epic, awesome christmas EVAR. lol
One, spent it with my Love and it was our first Christmas together (and mostly because i live with him XD).
Second, I got really awesome presents from the most amazing people ever! :3
And third, I finally have a tablet!!! *o*

Hey everyone! An update after months of unannounced hiatus. _{Sorry...Wow its been a while...^(O^^O).} I have some sketches to finish up along with a digital color piece that I'm slowly working on with a mouse (since I don't have a tablet now.). I'll be posting them soon.

I don't have much to update on except for all the rain that's been pouring down here at the "Sunshine State", but I do have a little favor to ask of everyone:

My friend Juan, a pianist who goes to an art school with me, is trying for a contest to meet the pillows. This Youtube video [link] is his own arrangement of The Pillows' song "All the Way to the Edge of This World" and he needs more views. He's a really good pianist, and even one more view would be appreciated! So please, watch him play it and leave a comment!

I got home from school today and did most of my homework, then I started browsing the 'net when all of the sudden a wave of realization came and hit me square in the brain.....I needed to update my sites and accounts.
Facebook and MySpace basically robbed me from Deviant Art, seriously. I would have one boring night trying to figure out what I should be doing when I could be updating here XD.

Laziness sucks.

So I had a kick of motivation today from my guidance counselor and now ideas are starting to wind back into my brain. I think I went through some sort of unnoticeable art block LOL. And also because I had been stressing over grades for the past few months, but now someone is by my side walking with me down to a more brighter path. I'll need to tackle those bad grades and turn them into A's!

I'll have to ask my boyfriend to remind me to update my dA site at least every weekend.....

Oh and btw, I'd rather be called "Bettina" now, it's my real name. I kinda got tired of "Shizuka" and I seemed to have fallen out of my anime period. I still draw in that style though XD but different
